Our story
Built from the frustration of watching good brands get bad results.
Performance Pilots was born from a simple observation: most agencies optimise for looking good, not performing well. They chase awards. They produce content that wins internal approval but loses the auction at 2am when a real customer scrolls past it.
We took a different bet. We built a studio where every piece of content is engineered backwards from the data — what hooks are converting, what formats are winning on which platform, what angles are cutting through for which audience. Then we layer in AI to produce at the speed and scale that performance marketing actually demands.
The result is content that doesn't just look the part. It plays the part.

We use AI to compress timelines and cut production costs — not to replace thinking. Our AI UGC and static content production lets brands test 10 angles where they used to test one, faster and for a fraction of the cost.

We track revenue, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition — not impressions and reach. If the numbers aren't moving in the right direction, we pivot fast. We're only as good as the results we produce.
